Identifying Quick Content Design Wins to Increase User Confidence
Upwise user engagement is lower than desired. I was tasked with identifying from a content design lens what were the key drivers for this. To determine what value users, expect from this financial app in terms of content design and in turn to identify some quick wins. The end goal being to offer intuitive tools and features that help users make progress on their financial goals.
Final Result
I identified ample opportunities to enhance the current content design features and create a prioritization matrix to review with the broader UX team on what we feel are the must-have features and ideas for validation and testing.
